Shipping & Returns


Gateway Hemporium ships orders within 5-7 business days of your completed online transaction. In some instances we ship next day if the order was received in a timely manner, and stock is readily available.

We currently use UPS, Amazon, USPS, and FedEx for all domestic shipping. Gateway Hemporium takes every precaution to assure your products are packaged correctly and arrive safely in your hands.

We strive to offer our customers free shipping on certain items. Due to supplier uncertainty US customers may be subject to a transportation fee. We do offer international shipping to most countries around the world. International shipments are offered at a going rate, and international shipments are subject to our standard return policy. 


Products purchased from are available for reverse logistics processes if the following information is provided:


  1. Reason for return

  2. Date of purchase

  3. Sales receipt or invoice number

  4. Product description

  5. Quantity for return

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
